Sometimes devices get into state that needs to be reset. To do this try the following:

  1. Open your Bluetooth preferences on your Mac, PC, Android, or iPhone.
  2. From the list of Bluetooth connected devices, locate the one you are having trouble connecting to.
  3. Remove the device from this list.
  4. Return to Bekonix Designer or Mobile
  5. Click on Select Device…
  6. Try connecting to the device again.
